FRIED FISH

FRIED FISH                                           





1 kilo of sardins                                               
olive oil
salt
lemon juice
flour
chopped parsley

Clean the sardins and leave them to seive. Roll them in the flour so that they are dry. Fry them in hot olive oil and when they become brownish put them on a plate. Add the salt, the lemon juice and some chopped parsley.
