Málaga.


Málaga is a Spanish city that is in the South of Spain, in Andalucia. Founded by the Phoenicians in the eighth century. C. 


Its gastronomy is seafood and it has influencie from all towns in the Mediterranean. For example, the "ensalada malagueña" is very famous with boiled potatoes, oranges and arencas, and all this with olive oil, also cold soups, especially “ajoblanco” with olive oil, garlic and almonds. Another tipycal food is the “espetos” - fish that are cooking in the beach.


Some important monuments are for example the group formed for “Catedral, Alcazaba, Teatro Romano and Castillo de Gibralfaro”
