This dish is prepared for the feast of All Saint's day (1st November)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 hard bread.
- Some Olive oil.
- Some flour.
- Some sugar.
- Some honey.
How make it:
We cut some bread in cubes of approximately 2 centimetres and fry it in plenty of olive oil.
When they are toasted, we put out it of the pan and we leave it in a dish.
We put in the pan with the oil 1/2 litre of water and we throw in the flour moving it with the palette to prevent the formation of lumps until it thicken.
Then we put the fried-bread in the pan and mix it with the porridge. We boil the mix.
Finally we serve the hot porridge and we can add sugar or honey according to taste.
