Fast-food
Nowadays, more and more people prefer
eating fast-food because it is more accessible and in a world in which people
are too busy to cook or to have lunch and dinner like a normal family it is
very important to have food already prepared and ready – to – go for you. Thus
they save the time and the energy.
But nobody really stops to think whether
this food is healthy or not. Most of the teenagers realize that it is damaging
for their body but they still eat it because it is tasty. Fast-food is junk
food. The level of carbohydrates and fats is high and this might bring about
obesity and diseases if eaten daily on a regular basis without having anything
else to eat. The food contains many calories so it is not recommended
especially for the girls and boys who like to keep fit.
In conclusion,
fast-food has good and bad points. People must be moderate and learn to eat it
only once in a while. In the mean time they should eat as many vegetables and
fruit as possible and avoid dangerous food combinations.
