This recepy appeared in a cooking programme in Canal Sur ( a spanish television channel)"Cometelo" , a cooking programme for all the family in the one every day our chef Enrique Sanchez,does a recepy with andaluces products.
The recepy we are going to do is from a little village in Huelva , Almonte. In Almonte it is the beach of Matalascañas and the village of El Rocio and the Nathional Park of Doñana .It has a lot of monuments like the Ayuntamiento the Santuario and the village of el Rocio , the church of the Asuncion .
SARDINES WITH TOMATO:
-12 sardins.
-1 onions.
-1 green peper italian.
- 2 tomatoes
-3 garlic
.1 lemon
-1 boiled egg.
-bread crumbs
- parsley.
