SHRIMPS

           SHRIMPS



1/2 a kilo of shrimps
olive oil
salt
parsley
lemon juice

Clean the shrimps with water and cook them in low heat until they change colour.Don't add any water. When they are ready put them in a plate and add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley. Serve with fish or other kinds of sea food. Drink ouzo or raki.
