 PLATO ALPUJAREÑO

his recipe is typical of Andalusian cuisine but gastronima specifically the province of Granada , Alpujarras plate encompasses the region 's most representative products : sausage, pork loin , sausage , fried potatoes with fried eggs and prosciutto La Alpujarra , existing variations by region.To prepare the dish recipe Alpujarras - fried egg1.5 kg of potatoes3/4 kg of sausage3/4 kg of sausage1/2 kg of green peppers4 slices of ham4 eggs (or 8 as you do them 1-2 pax )2-3 onionsVirgin olive oil and salt.Preparation:Prepare fried potatoes (you know, with their broken garlic , onions , peppers , salt and time ) .In another pan put a little oil and fry the peppers .
