He wants to drink to forget his love and he is determined to even kill and be sent to jail for her beautiful eyes. It is a very popular song and the dance is Hasapiko. Greeks always need to eat, drink and dance with friends to show love, passion or when they are desperate. Nowadays we are more desperate than ever but we still can find ways to blow off steam no matter what crisis means to us. I don't know until when.
