GAZPACHO

The gazpacho is a type of cooking typical from Seville. It consisted in a cold soup with olive oil, vinegar and row vegetables generally tomatoes, cucumbers, pimients, onions and garlics.
It is usually served cold in the hotter months of summer. Its colour goes from an pail orange to red.


A bit of its history.
The gazpacho has suffered several moificactions along the Spanish cooking's history.
First the gazpacho was maked with crumbs of bread, vinegar, water and olive oil; but nowadays it has been evolucionated and it has become in the gazpacho that we know today as some ingredients has incorporated in it.
