Meatballs of choco

This recipe is tipycal of the gastronomy of Andalusia but specific of the gastronomy of province of Huelva,the recype is meatballs of choco,the choco is a fish.

The ingredients of this recipe are:
1 choco to 1/2 kg. 
Choco de la Ría (Sepia)
1 egg
1 onion
Parsley
Garlic 
Breadcrumbs
Milk
Peper
Tomato
White Whine                                                                                                                      Choco
Oil
Pastry flour
Salt
Food coloring

The preparation:
1.-Chop the choco, mix it with a clove of garlic, 1/2 onion, and parsley , add the bread crumbs, a dash of milk, raw egg, salt, pepper and mix until a smooth but smooth. Let stand for a while.

2.-Get a glass of wine and fill halfway with cake flour with pestle and mortar crush it until it is compacted

3.-From here he will take with a fork portions of the mixture and are throwing in the cup, they go up and down tapping and meatballs are becoming alone, do not touch them and leave floured

4.-Put olive oil in a pan and fry the meatballs, drain on paper towels and reserve
The latter is to rehash with garlic, the other half onion, tomato and pepper, this is when you add white wine and boil is given, is passed through the blender and meatballs, salt, a branch incorporated parsley, colorant and a little water.
Boil until they are done, but be careful not to put soft. Serve hot accompanied by chips
