Habas fritas con jamon

This recipe is typical of Andalusian gastronomy but in particular the cuisine of the province of Granada

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 kilos of beans ( you remove the pod will stay on much less)
- 1 spring onion
- 250 of ham ( you can also add shoulder instead of ham)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- A branch of mint
- Olive oil
- Sal

DEVELOPMENT

In a mortar majamos garlic with paprika and add the vinegar. We add this to the mashed beans and leave a few minutes the fire to catch the flavor. Finally sprinkle with chopped mint .
