Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is
a 2005 (USA) film directed by Tim Burton.
It is the second film adaptation of the 1964 British book of the
same name by Roald Dahl and
stars Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka and Freddie Highmore as Charlie Bucket. The storyline concerns Charlie, who takes a tour he won, led by Wonka, through the most
magnificent chocolate factory in the world. Charlie is with other boys and girl
but only him will arrive at the end of the tour because the other persons have
some bad aspects of their nature that Wonka doesn’t like. At the end Charlie
wins because he is the purest persons of the group. The visit at the factory is
a fantastic tour among chocolate falls, gardens made of sweets and the famous
workers Umpalumpa . They are very short persons singing while working. The film
is like an ancient fable and like a fable as a moral, almost a religious moral,
only good person will receive a prize.
