A pickled grilled chicken
recipe prepared in Oltenia . You may want to serve it with a salad of grilled red
peppers. On the plate place the ostropior along with pickle and polenta. (better
cut the polenta with floss)

Ingredients
• 1 chicken

PREPARATION:
In the courtyard, a place protected from wind, build a fire from which we will finally obtain embers and use it to grill the chicken.
1 . Cut the chicken breast in half and carve it rhomboidally so

Turn the meat over regularly , maintaining thefire so the embers will not be extinguished . The grilling time varies depending on how big the chicken is.
You can grill it as well on the grill on the stove , the flame should not be very hot. It takes about 20-30 minutes.
4 . If the grill is large enough , grill tomatoes and peppers at the same time with the chicken, if not, grill them in advance because you need the tomatoes for the pickle.
