Meat rolls in cabbage leaves




Ingredients
25 cabbage leaves, mix 600 gr minced meat (beef , pork) , 1 bunch of dill , salt, 1 pinch of black pepper, 2 onions , 40 ml oil , 70 gr rice, sweet paprika 3 sausages, 1 carrot , 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 300 gr cabbage , pepper, 30 gr tomato paste .


Preparation


Only 20 cabbage leaves are filled . The rest are kept to cover the rolls during boiling. Mince the onion . Grate the carrot . Cut the peppers in cubes. Heat the oil in the frying pan , add the onion, carrot and pepper and fry them for about 3 minutes. Add the washed and drained rice, mix well and remove them from the stove. In a bowl put the meat , minced dill , sweet paprika, pepper , salt and the composition of vegetables with rice. Mix to get a homogeneous composition . In a saucepan put chopped cabbage and in the middle place the sausages cut into pieces. On each cabbage leaf put about 1 tablespoon of filling, then roll it. Place the rolls over the cabbage but leave the sausages in the middle. Add warm water to cover the rolls, black pepper , tomato paste and cover with cabbage leaves . Cover the saucepan with a lid and place it on the stove. Let it boil on low heat for about 40 minutes. When done , place the rolls on a plate with cabbage , sausages, peppers in vinegar and polenta .
Serve warm with peppers, polenta and sourcream .
