Croque monsieur

Ingredients (for 1 person)

◾ 4 slices of bread

◾ 1 slice of ham

◾ butter

◾ 1 slice of emmental

preparation

1) Butter your slices of bread.

2) Put ham cut to the correct size and the emmental.

3) Do roast in a pan of hot butter for 3-4 minutes on each side.
