PAMPLEMOUSSE AU CRABE

Ingredients :
· 2 grapefruits
· 1 boxful of crab
· 1 salad green salad
· 10 cl crème fraîche
· 1 spoonful of ketchup
· 1 spoonful of Cognac
· Salt and pepper
Preparation :
Step 1 : Dry crab and crumble the flesh.
Step 2 : Peel the grapefruits and cut up the flesh cupe shape.
Step 3 : Drop off some salad leaf in 4 protective glasses and put on the top the grapefruits crab.
Step 4 : Mix up crème fraîche, the ketchup and the Cognac. Then salt and pepper it all.
Step 5 : And spread the sauce and put it in the fridge.
Wait some minutes and you can eat. So Delicious !!
