Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 liters of molds
- 30 g butter or margarine
- 2 shallots
- 15 cl dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon flour
- parsley
- Salt and pepper
-Preparation of the recipe:
Scrape and wash the mussels. Put them in a pan with 1
knob butter, chopped shallots and white wine. Make them open in the covered
casserole over high heat for a few minutes. Mix 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Once they are open, remove the mussels from the pan keeping the juice of
cooking. Place them in one deep dish and keep warm. Put the juice on the fire.
Knead with 1 fork 1 teaspoon of flour with the same amount of butter or
margarine. Stir in all the juice from cooking mussels on fire. Boil a moment.
Salt and pepper. Pour over the mussels. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and
serve.
