Quatre-quarts de tradition

Ingredients
4 eggs 200 g of flour
200 g of butter half packet of yeast
200 g of sugar
Salt
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the sugar and melted butter.
3. Break eggs and reserve the whites.
4. Add eggs yolks in the preparation, mixing well.
5. Add the flour and the yeast, preferably sieved.
6. Beat eggs whites with a pinch of salt.
7. Add the eggs whites to the preparation by lifting gently.
8. Pour the batter into cake mold.
9. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes and check for doneness, the knife stuck in the middle of the four-quarter should come out clean.
10. Otherwise, continue cooking for 10 minutes, then turn out the four-quarter.
